- Standard Shipping: We offer standard ground shipping from UPS. You may get your order sooner but generally after processing orders will be received in 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Fee: Standard shipping rate is $17.95 (Extra shipping fees may apply for large weighted or bulky items).
- Shipping Location: At this time, we only ship orders in the US.
- Same day shipping: We try our best to ship all orders out the day they are received. Orders must be received by 2pm to ship same day.
- Expedited Shipping: At this time, we only offer standard shipping. If you need your order in a hurry, please call our customer service team at (800) 696-HAIR.
- Weekends & Holidays: Please note that we do not process shipments on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays where we are closed.
- Hazmat Restrictions: Certain products contain ingredients that are flammable. For that reason, these products only ship in certain sizes and with standard ground shipping.
