Salon Direct Return Policy

    • Shortages and damages must be reported to the office within 72 hours to be rectified.
    • Returns over 45 days are subject to 20% restocking fee.
    • Returns over 90 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
    • In both cases a credit will be applied to a future order.
    • Returns will be credited after the product is returned to our warehouse and checked in.
    • Educational events and classes are non-refundable.
    • Opened hair extensions, cosmetics, and combs/brushes are non-refundable.
