Store Sales Associate (Middleton, Swampscott, Wakefield, Burlington)

Job Description:
Store Sales Associates are responsible for servicing existing customers as well as generating new business. Our customers include salons, spas, nail salons, barber shops and cosmetology schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with customers by identifying customer’s needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all issues that should arise in a professional and timely manner and have communication with the home office.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, business development programs and educational events.
  • Keep store tidy and well stocked
  • Help store meet goals

Excellent customer service and communication skills are needed. Applicants should have a solid work ethic and a positive attitude. Experience in the beauty industry or B2B sales is a plus. Training is provided and ongoing. Full Time and Part Time positions available. Company benefits.

Outside Sales Consultant (New England)

Job Description:
Outside Sales Consultants are responsible for servicing existing customers as well as generating new business. Our customers include salons, spas, nail salons, barber shops and cosmetology schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with customers by identifying customer’s needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage current customer accounts and target new business opportunities to meet all sales goals and quotas.
  • Manage all issues that should arise in a professional and timely manner and have communication with the home office.
  • Cold call and generate new business and brand awareness.
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Make appointments, have great follow up, and be consistent with customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, business development programs and educational events.
  • Submit weekly reports to management regarding activities in your territory.

Excellent customer service and communication skills are needed. Applicants should have a solid work ethic, experience with social media, a positive attitude and a car for travel.
