Regenerate – Step Two Neutralizing Treatment

Directions for Use: Apply generously over LIBERATE Step One Permanent Styling Lotion to hair to ensure even saturation (DO NOT RINSE FIRST). Process for 10 minutes. Remove rods, reapply REGENERATE Step Two Neutralizing Treatment, and process for 2 more minutes. Rinse and condition. DO NOT SHAMPOO.
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Should the product come into contact with the eyes, rinse at once with warm water and consult a doctor. Wear appropriate gloves. Keep out of reach of children. Contains hydrogen peroxide. FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY.
